You are lucky, the 8th edition is much better for this chapter!
It's chapter 12, and the equivalent questions are:
1, 10, 13, 28, 31.
Other GREAT questions (that are not in the 9th edition, but will be posted on the biol335 website soon) are:
#6, 8, 22, 24, 30, 12, 25, 35 and 36.
